Quinoa for breakfast is a simple and tasty way to start your day
½ cup almond milk
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 TBSP monkfruit sweetener or to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla extract to taste
½ cup blueberries
Heat the almond milk until just boiling and add the cooked quinoa. Cook together for 5-6 minutes until most of the milk has been absorbed. Add the next 3 ingredients and taste. Fold in the blueberries and serve hot.
