8 oz Explore Cuisine Organic Black Bean Spaghetti

2 eggs (beaten)

 avocado oil for cooking 

2 cloves garlic (chopped)

1/2 red bell pepper, julienned

2 cupsNapa cabbage, shredded

1 medium carrot, julienned or shredded

1 cup broccoli florets

1 scallion, sliced

3/4 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (16/20 or 21/25 size)

4 ounces roast pork (char siu) or chicken

2 tsp dried chili flakes

1 TBSP Shaoxing wine (optional)

2-3 TBSP curry powder or to taste

salt to taste

chicken stock or water as needed

 soy sauce to taste
